We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer (Operations Performance Lead) to join our team in the Crop/RCIS insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Current Processes : Assess existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to optimize processes and systems, implementing continuous improvement actions and measuring their outcomes.

• Business Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, design new processes, and oversee their implementation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Roles and Responsibility Design: Develop clear roles and responsibilities, including required capabilities, to support new or improved processes.

• Change Management Framework Owner: Own and manage the change management framework, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area

OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an Associate Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area

AND

• Experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management

• Experience in the application of existing and/or change management methodologies and tools

• Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of insurance industry with subject matter expertise in at least one functional insurance discipline; such as, Underwriting, Claims, Risk Engineering

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply, as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The salary indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $110,700 - $181,400 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 20%.
