Credit Portfolio Rep I

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the day-to-day collection process of assigned portfolio to ensure timely and efficient recovery of outstanding receivables.

• Provide first-tier customer support, including monitoring and responding to requests via credit phone line and email inboxes.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

• Support external customer setup and access to our customer-facing digital solutions.

• Minimize DSO and other KPIs by championing disciplined credit processes, procedures, and focus.

What Are We Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent desirable.

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable field preferred.

• Ability to remain professional in confrontational conversations.

• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, JDE, SAP preferred
