Safe Step Walk In Tub is currently seeking a Credit Coordinator to join our team! This is a Hybrid role based out of Nashville, TN, in accordance with the Safe Step Flex schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Work on credit accounts, following guidelines established for the organization

• Reconcile outstanding account balances, and preparation of periodic reports on accounts receivable and past due status

• Help customers with questions/problems

• Perform routine clerical support for functional groups such as copying, distributing mail, performing simple calculations, and maintaining records and files following standard procedures with all work certified or checked by direct supervisor

• Send out lien notices/certified letters

• Update and summarize receivables

• Work with direct sellers on contracts and credit approvals

• Processing contracts into system

• Pulling credit reports and evaluating customer credit

• Report generation and analysis

• Data Entry

Qualifications:

• Credit experience preferred

• Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

• Effectively communicate in writing and verbally

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

• Strong and accurate data entry skills

• Ability to perform basic math functions

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
