Randstad is seeking reliable customer service professionals for a major bank in North Phoenix to support its credit cards department. This is a true temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are able to maintain good attendance and professionalism. There are 7 weeks of training for this opportunity and schedules after training range Mon-Sun between 7am-8pm.

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Shift start times are from 5am - 10:30am & working a weekend day is required

• You will work as a Customer Service Rep with the company's Consumer Lending department and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.

• Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances

• Inbound Call Center: 60-80 calls per day

• Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
