  • DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a talented Hybrid Credit Assistant for our Distribution business in Irvine, CA

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    1. Call Center - Log onto the call center daily to provide support for override codes, customer account changes and reactivations, and general guidance for branch personnel.

    2. Process Cash Customer Refunds - Working from the Cash Aging and/or CSSNA UC Report, contact customers to process credit balance refunds. Submit completed forms to Sharepoint site to obtain a vendor number and enter refund request.

    3. Cash Aging - Monitor and review cash aging for unpaid invoices over $5K and seven days past due submitted by branch personnel. Research and update cash aging report for corporate location.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner.

    • Credit Analysis-General Credit knowledge

    • Excel -Basic Knowledge

    • Multitasking-The ability to perform wee, jumping from task to task while taking incoming calls.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Skill, Education, or Experience Preferred

    • Excel - Intermediate/Advance knowledge

    • Accounts Receivable Cash posting and payment research

    Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
