    Please review the following job description:

    Oversee and manage the execution of the overall oversight, design, adherence to and continuous innovation of Truist's established Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) data collection and systems management framework to support the bank's overall CRA rating objectives. Provides oversight and leadership to cross-functional teams to execute on concurrent projects of varying size and ensures standard project protocols are met. Drive organizational change initiatives as necessary to streamline automation, enhance reporting, controls, processes, etc. across the organization or within a given business unit to ensure statistical efficiency, data integrity and system end-user experience. Provide compliance guidance to internal management based on analysis and interpretation of the regulation and the Bank's CRA performance.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business unit partners across the organization and other corporate functions.

    2. Serve as the Product Owner for the bank's CRA systems with a specific focus on user experience, automation, and the integration into reporting.

    3. Identify and implement solutions to increase efficiency and proactively enhance the data integrity framework for CRA data which includes building meaningful reports and reconciling information across multiple systems.

    4. Designs and performs complex model testing, and validation of methodology for various high complex data analyses to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations ensuring the CRA achievement of overall performance and results.

    5. Update CRA data collection and systems framework, policies, and procedures as necessary to adapt to changes to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

    6. Participate in internal audits, regulatory exams, and compliance including ensuring CRA policies and procedure documents are consistent with actual operating practices.

    7. Independently manage and execute on complex, cross-functional projects to drive reporting, compliance, systems efficiency in support of the bank's overall CRA rating objectives, and mitigate data collection, and data integrity risk.

    8. Coordinate all aspects of project management between interested parties, including leading meetings, communicating timelines, and organizing all aspects of change initiatives.

    9. Manage and implement significant projects that address upgrades and changes to the CRA data and technology platform systems to ensure proper reporting and implementation of efficiencies through automation, including layering in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics. Projects are aimed at accomplishing broad, long-term objectives such as enhancing process efficiencies through appropriate and automated technologies, and/or eliminating workflow redundancies to mitigate and improve organizational risk.

    10. Develop CRA dashboard reporting resources/tools, systems playbooks, and oversee deployment to enhance the technical expertise of the Data & Technology team, CRA department, and other business unit partners across the enterprise.

    11. Deliver effective thought leadership around strategy and prioritization of ideas and initiatives in support of CRA reporting and systems, participation on various work streams, leading ad-hoc projects, data validation and sign off to ensure integrity and accuracy.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with 10 years of job-related experience, including extensive knowledge and comprehension of data and systems, project management, automation, and data/reporting analytics. Strong control and risk management disciplines.

    2. Advanced Microsoft Excel and highly complex systems and reporting skills

    3. Advanced communication, leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills along with the ability to organize, direct and perform highly complex analysis support to ensure ensuring the CRA group's achievement of overall performance and results.

    4. Ability to effectively communicate and build consensus with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Master's degree in information technology, business, or related field or comparable experience

    2. Understanding of CRA and / or experience with 2 or more regulations related to assigned Business Units or function

    3. 7 years' compliance experience in banking or financial service industry experience and certifications relative to specific area of concentration.

    4. Understanding of different technologies used in the financial service industry.
