Requirements:

What You'll Do:

• Materials Handling and Inventory Processes: Collaborate with the Purchasing/Receiving team to optimize materials handling procedures. This includes improving accuracy in inventory management and integrating these processes seamlessly with the ERP system.
• Cost Management and Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs to ensure they align with GAAP principles. Identify any discrepancies between expected costs and actual expenses and recommend corrective actions.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning: Work closely with procurement and production departments to forecast future costs. Additionally, assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, with a specific focus on material costs and manufacturing processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements within both the manufacturing and accounting departments.
• Support AP/AR Functions: Cross-train in AP & AR functions to better understand end-to-end production process and support finance team.
