Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external partners to provide comprehensive account support, including problem resolution, research, and analysis. Your responsibilities will encompass account maintenance, order processing, user security, report generation, reconciliation, funding, and billing. You will need to be highly responsive to emails and chats, using available tools to manage appointments and priorities efficiently. Additionally, you will process customer requests with minimal assistance, train customers on functionality, and stay updated on product and system changes. You will identify and address process issues, master complex back-office tasks, and proactively seek and act on customer-impacting information. As a liaison in a cross-functional team, you will work closely with the Finance and Tech Teams on various projects, enhancing the brand experience for major industry players. You will also support associates with questions and email escalations, manage large volume purchase orders, and complete special projects as assigned. This role offers growth opportunities within an emerging business group. This is a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of converting full time.
Initial In-Person training in office for approximately 2 weeks
Monday Friday 9AM 5PM PST
Post Training, hours will shift to 2PM 10PM PST Sunday Thursday - Remote

Skills and Requirements
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred or 2-4 years of customer service experience in a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) and Word.
Experience using CRM applications such as Jira, Salesforce, Service Cloud, Zendesk,
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills and analytical skills; attention to detail and follow-up skills. Demonstrates exceptional multi-tasking skills.
An entrepreneurial mind-set. Can streamline processes and work cross-functionally to solve problems quickly in a fast-growing department.
Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve client/customer issues in a professional manner. Customer service manager
