What to Expect:
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and enhance our corporate messaging and employee engagement. You will lead efforts to foster a dynamic and inclusive company culture. The position focuses on boosting employee engagement and bringing Nestlé Purina's culture to life through engaging events, creating brand loyalty, and ensuring employees are well-informed about Nestlé Purina's business strategy, priorities, and initiatives.
A day in the life of a Corporate Communications Manager:
Develops, recommends and implements strategy for disseminating corporate messages as it relates to business goals, major programs and initiatives as well as contributing to a sense of workplace culture and community.
Lead our company-wide presentations by creating agendas, partnering with speakers on content, editing & consolidating presentations, and implementing post-event surveys.
Oversee all duties related to the Corporate Philanthropy Program, including coordinating various sponsorship programs at Nestlé Purina
Accountable for the departments' budget including ordering of premiums for employees and donations.
Role Requirements
Completion of a Certificate or University Degree in Communications or equivalent experience.
8 years of communications experience including managing corporate internal communications, employee engagement, executive communication support and change management communications.
Must be proactive, service and detail-oriented as well as able to handle multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong composure, presentation skills and professional polish.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in French would be an asset.
Data-driven approach to communication, with experience measuring the impact of initiatives and refining strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
