  • Job Title: Controls/Automation Engineer

    Job Description

    The Controls/Automation Engineer is responsible for the execution of automation projects for equipment, facilities, and utilities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, or support environment. This role involves working with engineers and designers from internal teams, partners, and clients to deliver state-of-the-art control systems that enhance efficiency, product quality, and profitability of process manufacturing projects.

    Hard Skills

    • Experience as a Controls/Automation Engineer

    • Rockwell PLC experience

    • Experience with GMP documentation

    • Experience in documentation/writing offline testing/testing protocols of control systems

    • Process Experience with at least one of the following: Clean Utilities (WFI, Purified Water, Clean Steam), Filling, Formulation, Conveyance

    Soft Skills

    • High level of professionalism

    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies

    • Capability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions

    • Subject matter expertise with ability to teach and support others

    • Ability to work in a team environment

    • Communication

    Job Type

    This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

    Work Site

    This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina.

    Work Environment

    The workweek is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

    40 hours per week. Anything over that is booked as overtime.
