Description Interim Controller Opportunity - 100% REMOTE - possible contract-to-permanent

In this role, you'll be leading financial activities such as month-end procedures and preparation of financial statements. You'll also be involved in future business planning for our multi-site med/spa client.

Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance - Oversee month-end procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely manner - Utilize accounting software systems for efficient financial management - Collaborate with the bookkeeper and third-party organization for transactional accounting - Contribute to future business planning with insightful financial analysis - Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Perform auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy and transparency - Quickbooks expertise is required - Participate in budget processes, planning and implementation - Utilize 3M and ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions. Requirements - Proficiency in and experience with 3M

• Deep understanding and mastery of Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience in using CRM tools

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports

• Ability to perform all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated skills in Auditing

• Knowledge and experience in Budget Processes
