Controller

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Midland, Texas for a Controller to join our team within the industry. This role primarily involves managing general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and aiding in end-of-month and end-of-year closing activities. The position also serves as a liaison between various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage general ledger accounts

• Assist in ensuring the accuracy of financial reports

• Aid in closing activities at the end of each month and year

• Act as a bridge between different departments within the organization

• Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to accomplish tasks efficiently

• Employ the use of Accounting Software Systems such as 3M and ADP - Financial Services

• Manage accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct auditing procedures as necessary

• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for various tasks

• Oversee and manage budget processes. Requirements - Demonstrated expertise in 3M systems

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Skilled in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Experience with Crystal Reports

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proven experience in Auditing

• Knowledge of Budget Processes
