Controller

Description

Greater Hartford client is in need of a Controller for a 2-3 month project. The Controller will be responsible for day to day accounting and finance deliverables. The Controller will be responsible for journal entries, accounting reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial review packages. Netsuite preferred.

Requirements - The candidate must have a clear understanding of the IT Consulting industry.

• The role requires proficiency in performing Month End Close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• The applicant should have experience in creating and managing Journal Entries, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

• The Controller role requires expertise in Account Reconciliation, with the ability to identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.

• The candidate should possess skills in Microsoft Excel, as it is essential for financial data analysis and reporting in this role.

• Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable, as this software plays a crucial role in managing and streamlining the company's financial operations.
