Robert Half is searching for a Director of Finance/Controller for a local organization! The ideal Dir. of Finance/Controller will have experience working with both Strategic Planning and Hands on Accounting and Finance experience.

This role does have a small team but will be expected to handle the Month

End work through Budgeting and Planning.

Role can have 1 hybrid day once trained!!!

Requirements

• Proficiency in Budget Processes, including planning, allocation, and management

• Demonstrated ability in Month End Close procedures, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting

• Expertise in Financial Statement Preparation, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Solid understanding of General Ledger management and processes

• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, with the ability to forecast and implement financial strategies for the company's growth
