  • Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Contracts Order Analyst III to join their team. As a Contracts Order Analyst III, you will be part of the Land Operations supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Contracts Order Analyst III

    Location: The Woodlands, TX

    Pay Range: $49.00-59.00 per hour

    What's the Job?

    • Analyze and input lease data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

    • Prepare full and partial releases, assignments, and Exhibit A's for producing properties.

    • Assist with working monthly calendars for leases.

    • Conduct lease/unit reviews for shut-in wells and process payments, subject to review and approval.

    • Identify and track contractual obligations associated with lease acquisitions, trades, and divestitures.

    What's Needed?

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.

    • Knowledge of Quorum Land System/SAP experience is a plus.

    • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

    • 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
