    We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Contracts Manager position based in Washington, District of Columbia. This role primarily involves overseeing and managing federal and state contracts in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large number of subcontractors and developing documents using various applications and tools commonly used by government contractors.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage federal and state contracts

    • Supervise a large number of subcontractors

    • Develop and maintain documents using various suites and applications such as GSuite, Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, Slack, Unanet, and other tools used by government contractors

    • Exhibit high levels of organization, resourcefulness, reliability, and attention to detail

    • Communicate effectively both in written and verbal form

    • Build and form strong relationships with both the internal team, our partners, and our clients

    • Leverage prior experience as a government/state contract specialist

    • Administer subcontractors with the federal government and with state and local governments

    • Work efficiently with distributed teams

    • Apply skills in Government Procurement, Contracts, and Legal Contracts

    Requirements - Extensive experience in managing contracts, preferably within a government setting

    • Proficient in government procurement processes and procedures

    • Proven skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts

    • Strong understanding of contract law and its application in the procurement process

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously

    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate contract requirements to all relevant parties

    • Strong analytical skills for evaluating contract performance and identifying issues

    • Ability to ensure compliance with all government regulations and organizational policies related to contract management

    • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve contract disputes effectively

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
