We ahve a great opportunity for a Hybrid Contract Recruiter in Leawood! The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent and managing the full recruitment life cycle for various positions within our organization. This role requires a proative approach to identify passive candidates, a keen eye for potential, and a commitment to creating a seamless candidate experience.

salary: $25 - $25.01 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

? Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

? Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including social media,

job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.

? Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for

the organization.

? Collaborate with talent acquisition team members and hiring managers to understand

hiring needs and job specifications.

? Track and manage candidates through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

? Ensure OFCCP and EEOC requirements are met throughout the recruiting process.

? Negotiate employment terms and extend job offers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

? Bachelor's degree preferred.

? 2+ years full cycle recruiting, preferably within a corporate talent acquisition team.

? Experience, clear understanding and demonstrated success in recruitment lifecycle

processes.

? Proficiency in HRIS + ATS systems.

? Experience recruiting technical, sales, and/or nurse educator skillsets preferred.
