In the role of Manufacturing Engineer III you'll play a pivotal part in problem resolution. You'll have the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert in using Lean or Six Sigma principles to optimize existing processes to ensure production of cost effective and quality products. This position contributes to our vision by

? 5S deployment and sustainability;

? Creation of sequential production cells;

? Support Accelerated Improvement Workshops;

? Conduct and coordinate monthly audits to our lean production system;

? Investigate and document process best practices to be shared across the shop;

? Make sure the continuous improvement initiative is deployed throughout the company according to plans and expectations;

? Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;

? Regular, predictable attendance is required;

? Other duties may be assigned.
