  • The Consumer Bank Product and Local Marketing team is responsible for launching new products and strategic initiatives, supporting the growth of 500 Chase branches over the next three years, collaborating with our Community Managers to deliver financial health education, and expanding our engagement with our Chase Private Clients through experiential events.

    As a Local Marketing Strategist on the Consumer Bank Product team, you will support Chase's efforts to become the bank for all -from expanding our branch network to new markets and areas that tend to have less access to traditional banking services to expanding our affluent offering with the introduction of new J.P. Morgan Financial Centers.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Build the yearly local marketing plans that are designed to drive measurable outcomes based on business objectives; bring fresh ideas and insights to inform the strategy and activation through omni-channel tactics.

    • Project manage programs across the Local Marketing team, maintain budgets, and work closely with key partners in Data & Analytics, Brand, Campaign Execution, Public Relations, Events, Internal Communications and the Field.

    • Develop framework for regular campaign reporting; prepare and present findings to senior management.

    • Serve as single point of contact for banker requests and inquiries. Help trouble-shoot problems and provide timely support for all incoming field requests.

    • Act as banker champion: find ways to educate bankers on new marketing content, campaigns and channels. Generate ways to improve banker understanding and adoption of marketing resources.

    • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires good listening skills and the ability to work collectively to create solutions in a dynamic environment. Sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills are expected.

    • Evaluate, negotiate, execute and amplify sponsorship opportunities.

    • Identify best practices and create a forum for sharing and fostering collaboration across the marketing team and across local markets.

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related business discipline

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, communications and/or financial services field/sales

    • Strong presentation, communication and writing skills; able to build a strong business case, present and defend ideas and constructively optimize feedback

    • Highly self-motivated individual with a strong and creative solutions orientation

    • Superior project management, problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills - relationship development and negotiating skills and ability to work across multiple lines of business with colleagues at all levels
