    We are looking for a Consulting Engineer I in the following locations:

    • Wilmington, DE area

    • Greenville, SC area

    Responsibilities:

    • Act on project objectives/plan discussed during weekly management meetings, with intermediate meetings as necessary, to ensure schedule and billable hour targets are met.

    • Report project scope or schedule concerns to management and seek out advanced staff members for project assistance and coaching.

    • Attend and participate in relevant technical discussions in client meetings.

    • Maintain accurate records of completed project work and ensure it is uploaded in an organized fashion to appropriate internal file share location.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET accredited university.

    • Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions. This position involves 10% travel which includes driving to local project sites.

    • Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $80,000 and $85,000 annually and is an exempt position.

    • Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

    • Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

    • May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
