Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Materials Tester / Inspector where you will be crucial in the field observation, inspecting, and testing of various construction materials including soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt. You will engage in daily communications with site contractors, other technicians, and project managers. Your role will involve making observations, performing inspections and tests on construction projects, and accurately documenting these findings in line with accepted engineering practices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for submitting detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to verify the data collected in the field.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Work Environment

You will be working in the field nearly 100% of the time, engaging in projects within Residential Subdivision development to ensure soil stability for construction, as well as in the Commercial and Industrial Sectors.
