Construction Manager

Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various capital expenditure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid technical background which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager, 2nd SHIFT

Location: Jefferson, WI (Onsite only)

What's the Job?

• Manage all site construction activities for capital projects, ensuring effective communication with engineering and plant staff.

• Oversee financial, safety, and schedule Key Performance Indicators, proposing alternatives when deviations occur.

• Coordinate with project support staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders and reports for project stakeholders.

• Lead weekly planning meetings to determine access times for construction activities and manage resources effectively.

What's Needed?

• 15 years of experience in construction management with a strong background in MEP construction for multi-million dollar projects.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, or CMAA.

• OSHA 30 certification and CPR certification.

• Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Cx Alloy, and SAP.

• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, and walk extensively on construction sites.
