  • Job Title: PM/EstimatorJob Description

    Seeking a proficient PM/Estimator responsible for the administrative and technical management of construction projects. This role requires the ability to prepare successful estimates from initial concept to completion, engage trade partners and vendors in the estimating process, and understand unit prices and overall trade scope. The successful candidate will manage contract negotiations, develop project budgets for cost tracking, work closely with Superintendents to review budgets and project schedules, and ensure subcontractor compliance with safety obligations. Additionally, the role involves reviewing plans and specifications for constructability and continuous improvement on project estimates, and expanding growth with current and future clients.

    Newly renovated office in North Chicago (Near O'hare), with about 10-15 employees.
