    Under the direction of the Practice Leader, the Construction and Real Estate Digital Strategist is a trusted advisor to Wipfli's Industry clients, prospects, and internal leadership-creating excitement around digital solutions and shaping offerings that are impacting the industry . This role develops and deliver s proactive thought leadership, partnering with the firm's marketing organization to generate insightful content in the form of speaking engagements, blogs, articles, whitepapers, and more, and play s a pivotal role in the sales process for prospective clients in the industry by scoping, closing and making recommendations for digital solutions.  

    Essential Responsibilities:  

    • Be the "face of digital" for P artners representing Wipfli's clients in the Construction and Real Estate (CRE) industry. 

    • In partnership with the head of growth for digital, develop and execute an internally facing thought leadership strategy to educate industry leaders about the opportunities digital presents for their clients. 

    • Maintain a pulse on how shifts in technology impact the CRE industry and develop a perspective on how Wipfli can capitalize on those opportunities for its clients and prospects.  

    • Support the direction of industry-specific marketing campaigns and help generate impactful content.  

    • Lead discovery process and the development of proposals for prospective and existing clients that leverage our digital service offerings. 

    • Shares market intelligence gained through their work with the industry/geography team and the Marketing team. 

    • Assists in translating growth/marketing plans into sales tactics within the context of the firm's growth strategy. 

    • Produces management reports conforming to reporting guidelines including, but not limited to forecasting and pipeline reporting.  

    Required Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business , Information Systems, Computer Science , or Economics or other job related major, or an equivalent level of job-related experience .  

    • 5+ years of experience leading digital initiatives for a company in the construction and/or real estate industry .  

    • Experience with enterprise business application and technology architecture including CRM, ERP, Data Warehouse, and iPaaS integration middleware solution stacks .

    • E xperience with developing client relationships  with the C -suite .

    • E xperience in professional sales using a solution-oriented and consultative approach .  

    • A track record of revenue attainment that meets or exceeds sales goals .  

    • E xperience with client accounts of $ 50 M to $ 1B+ in revenue .  

    • The ability to distill complex technology topics down into easily understandable language for many stakeholder groups.  

    • Experience motivating and influencing others to get excited about the possibilities afforded to them through digital.  

    • A nimble spirit with the desire to see the results of your work come to life in our clients' businesses.

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Master of Business Administration 

    • Experience in a Big-Four (or equivalent) professional services firm 

    • Active business community involvement

    Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $129,000 to $215,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
