We offer a full aging service network with life plan communities, health care and home- and community-based services for older adults, as well as community outreach to those in need, that is unrivaled in the beautiful Sandhills region of North Carolina.
St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a temporary, part-time Concierge for our Independent Living facilities located in Southern Pines, NC. The primary purpose of Concierge is to provide assistance to the Sales & Marketing such as answering phones and responding to inquiries. As part of an interdependent team of skilled and caring people the Concierge must deliver excellent and professional customer service to both external and internal customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering and accurately directing all incoming calls
Greeting residents and guests
Performing a wide variety of administrative tasks
Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service related field such as a Receptionist, Office Assistant or similar position.
