The Concierge Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by remaining visible, actively monitoring the premises, and maintaining access control. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Our Concierge Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

    The Concierge Officer is a public facing, customer service driven position. To be considered for this client / employee / visitor facing Concierge position, please highlight your experience in delivering high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will also:

    • Proactively report any facilities / colleague experience issues,

    • Act as the de-facto site "community resource" by providing concierge services,

    • Walk the facility with an eye to prevent issues pro-actively or report any discrepancies,

    • Demonstrate a hospitality / customer service mindset,

    • Understand the client's Purpose Blueprint and feel valued in helping advance its cause.
