    Job Summary:

    Take inventory of stock, supply moldline with stock, handle rework, retrieve material from warehouse and maintain storage area.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Supply moldline with stock, roll end totes and wheels.

    • Provide report on moldline inventory.

    • Inventory stock in Compounding and Molding.

    • Inform moldline of stock delivery.

    • Retrieve rework from moldline and deliver to Compounding.

    • Maintain storage area and rework area in Compounding.

    • With forklift, retrieve material from Warehouse.

    • Report downtime for no stock situations to Area Manager.

    • Communicate needs of pre-cut stock to Compounding Work Leader.

    • Use designated cleaning agents and materials to clean rubber from stock leaf carts.

    • Use good housekeeping practices to maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area.

    • Follow all safety rules and safety procedures.

    • Assist extruder operators in cleaning of equipment for line clearances (heads of gear pumps).

    • Assist extruder operators in the loading of sheet stock on leaf carts.

    • Verify stock meets specifications.

    • Feed gear pump for extruder operators.

    • Operate Teflon Cutter as needed.

    • Assist with housekeeping duties in Compounding.

    • Supply Mixer Operators with batches to mix.

    • Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.

    • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.

    • Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance .

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Must pass pre-employment testing

    • 0 - 3 Years of experience

    • Must successfully complete all Material Handler training programs.

    • Will be required to obtain Forklift certification.

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

    • Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target

    • Able to comply with the company's safety policy at all times

    • Able to comply with the company's quality policy at all times.

    Travel Requirements:

    • Must be able to travel up to 0% of the time

    Physical & Mental Requirements:

    • Must be able to lift and /or push up to 50lbs. (another employee will be available for assistance)

    • Must be able to read and write.

    • Good communication skills to interact with others in a positive manner.

    • Must be able to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
