  • As our Compliance Lead in the Legal Compliance Group for Fluke Corporation, a global company, you will be part of an international team with colleagues in Singapore, Everett, Washington, USA and Eindhoven, in The Netherlands.

    You will work on administering the company's updated anti-corruption and anti-bribery program for Fluke's third-party intermediaries. Your primary responsibilities will consist of gathering third party data, processing due diligence screening, evaluating and analyzing due diligence reports, conducting research, escalating due diligence "red flags," and resolving any necessary control measures; providing administrative support related to Fluke's compliance training program; and administering Fluke's compliance documentation and databases.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with third party due diligence, screening and monitoring by inputting data into a web-based screening tool, ordering and reviewing third party reports, conducting research utilizing company's standard work, obtaining additional information from third parties and escalating any red flags to headquarters for joint resolution.

    • Oversee administration of third-party due diligence program for third parties based globally.

    • Work collaboratively with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, HR).

    • Provide live compliance training to internal employees and external third parties

    • Coordinate and provide administrative assistance with on-line channel partner compliance training, and maintain training documentation, tracking, records, certifications and attendance databases.

    • Provide high quality customer service to internal clients when responding to compliance-related questions or issues.

    • Assist in distributing communications regarding compliance and ethics issues and initiatives.

    • Perform other administrative and clerical duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience (minimum 3 years) in a compliance or legal role where the function required analysis, investigation and the collection of detailed information

    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proven ability to organize large volumes of data

    • Exceptional attention to detail

    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide live in-person trainings

    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and follow-up skills

    • Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a fast-paced environment

    • Proficiency in spoken and written English and another relevant language, such as Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese

    • Excellent ethics and judgment; proven track record maintaining confidentiality of sensitive matters.

    • Familiarity with anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws and compliance risks preferred.

    The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 65,100.00 - 120,900.00
