    The Global Compliance and Ethics group innovates and seeks new and creative approaches to problem solving. We're seeking a great candidate for a Compliance Analyst position in our HQ-based Compliance & Ethics team. We need a dynamic person to provide support for operating our compliance program and to provide other administrative assistance to the Chief Compliance Office and the Compliance & Ethics Team and attorneys. You will work with awesome people that are passionate about their craft and what they deliver. This is a full-time position, open to telecommuting/remote from anywhere in the US. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

    • Assist in managing the operation of our program, including developing reports, communications, and presentations that explain and analyze topics, trends, and remediation.

    • Assist in the management of the work of the Compliance & Ethics team, including tracking the progress and completion of projects, tasks, and objectives of the team and other key stakeholders.

    • Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing legal agreements, correspondence, and other documents.

    • Respond to legal inquires, assisting with informative investigation, and summarizing the responses.

    • Provide full administrative support including complex calendar management for internal and external meetings, lead heavy domestic and international travel arrangements, and

    • Set the agenda and lead weekly staff calls. Maintain team organization charts and related documentation on the C&E webpage and in OraDocs.

    • Project manage and coordination of all logistics for team off-site meetings and events.

    • Manage the review, approval, and payment C&E invoices.

    • Manage C&E's purchase orders; working with Legal Operations, Procurement, and Contracts team to manage the creation and execution of C&E's contracts.

    • Managing the employee and contractor on-boarding/off-boarding process.

    • Partner and coordinate with Oracle lines of business and outside law firms.

    • Take point on the team assignment, compilation, and editing process of quarterly compliance reports.

    • Administrate Oracle's Case management/hotline system. Tasks include adding/removing users, system troubleshooting, managing case assignments, and pulling reports for compliance counsel.

    • Undertake data analysis responsibilities to produce quarterly reporting on our global new, closed, and ongoing cases.

    • Work the Compliance and Finance teams to compile annual C&E budget proposal and track C&E spend on a quarterly & annual basis.

    Preferred Qualifications

    If you have a BA/BS degree with at least 1 year of business, administrative and/or legal experience, Oracle can put this experience to work. Oracle is searching for someone with outstanding social skills, who is detailed oriented with solid written and verbal communication skills. We need a person with the ability to flourish on assignments that help progress the work of a team operating in a complex and changing business and compliance environment, while still employing the ability to meet deadlines and project completion.

    Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
