  • Description We are in search of a Compensation Manager to become a part of our team located in Fridley, Minnesota. The role involves a comprehensive understanding of the compensation process and the ability to review, host and recommend data. The position requires the use of several systems including SAP SuccessFactors and Excel. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and manage compensation data

    • Collaborate with HRBP for market areas

    • Employ SAP SuccessFactors and Excel for data processing and analysis

    • Review market grading and job classification

    • Make recommendations based on spot market matching

    • Host compensation data in our HRIS

    • Leverage communication skills to resolve inquiries and provide support

    • Conduct compensation benchmarking and surveys

    • Maintain all compensation data in HRIS

    • Utilize strong technology skills to enhance efficiency and accuracy in job execution. Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Compensation Manager.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors HCM is essential.

    • Demonstrable experience in compensation benchmarking.

    • Strong abilities in conducting and interpreting compensation analyses.

    • Familiarity with compensation surveys and their applications in decision making.
