Senior Living Community is seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our sales team as a Community Sales Assistant.

The ideal candidate is looking to develop their skills as a senior living sales professional. This is a full-time position with benefits, offering a competitive compensation package. This is an entry-level position with career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Community Sales Director in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Assist the Community Sales Director in meeting and exceeding monthly marketing goals.
• Conduct tours of the community for prospective residents and their families.
• Present the community in a professional and engaging manner.
• Build relationships with prospects and their families to understand their needs and wants.
• Participate in community outreach events to generate new leads.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all sales activities.
• Ensure show-readiness of the community daily.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A hard-working, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Availability to work occasional evening and weekend events.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to interact appropriately with the age-related needs of individuals/residents served. This includes demonstrating patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as being willing to handle individuals/residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
