  • Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a Community Relations Director to join the team!

    Purpose

    Sales | Marketing | CRC

    To manage all programs aimed at retaining depositors throughout the reservation, sales, and move-in phase.

    Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Sales | Marketing | CRC

    • 2 years’ experience working in senior living environment, and/or social activity leadership preferred.

    • Previous marketing experience in a senior housing setting preferred.

    • Must be able to read, write and speak English, and demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish effective networking relationships.

    • Must have an in-depth knowledge of basic sales and marketing principles and practices.

    • Proficiency in basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and/or sales & marketing software required.

    • Must be able to represent the community in a positive and professional manner in terms of communication, conduct and appearance, to referral sources, potential customers, and to the general public.

    • Subject to pre-employment screening including TB testing and criminal background check.

    Essential Functions: Sales | Marketing | CRC

    Marketing
    • Support occupancy goals by coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and transfers efficiently.

    • Coordinate all aspects of move-in process, from signing to physical arrival. Coordinate all aspects of move-in process from deposit through day of move in (actual signing done with ED)

    • Responsible for obtaining necessary move-in paperwork.

    • Assist resident/family with coordinating move to community (movers, realtors, financial planners etc)

    • Aid incoming residents in transitioning to the community, coordinating with the Director of Engineering for suite preparations.

    • Plan and distribute personalized move-in gifts.

    • Responsible for managing community waitlist which includes providing frequent updates as well as inviting residents to upcoming community events.

    • Coordinate with community Ambassador team and Hospitality Committee to introduce a new resident (s).

    • Coordinate orientation to community emergency systems.

    • Conduct follow-up visits after move-in.

    • Coordinated with leadership team to ensure timely introductions with new resident and family connection calls.

    • Coordinate monthly move in happy hour/party for new move ins to invite friends to for resident referral program

    • Plan and execute events to engage families and prospective residents.

    • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safe working practices.

    Leadership/Management
    • Is a positive role model of professional conduct and customer service attitude to the entire community team members?

    • Attends all required team member meetings and in-service training sessions.

    • Upholds Residents’ Rights as defined by state regulations and by Company policy, at all times.

    • Supports and upholds all other Company policies, and the service philosophy.

    • Reliable and predictable attendance.

    Working Conditions (travel, hours, and environment):

    • Must be able to work full-time, including occasional evenings and some weekend and holiday rotations.
