Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Pay: $43- $56k -year

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN/LPN to join our client's team. The LVN/LPN will report to the Chief Medical Officer and play a critical role in providing strategic, organized, and evidence-based care. This role requires embodying core values of trust, empathy, commitment, humility, creativity, and community-mindedness.

Requirements:

• Active LVN/LPN License in the state of Nevada

• 2 or more years of LVN/LPN experience

• Willingness to travel to family homes to conduct physical exams

Job Description:

• Establish trusting relationships with family members and provide general support and encouragement.

• Travel to family members' homes to conduct physical exams under the supervision of remote clinicians.

• Provide ongoing follow-up, basic motivational interviewing, and goal-setting with family members, families, and caregivers.
