    We are recruiting for a Contract to Hire Communication Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. The primary function of this role will be to manage and enhance our brand awareness through various platforms, including LinkedIn and other social media. This is a crucial role within our organization that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance brand awareness.

    • Manage our LinkedIn profile and other social media accounts to ensure consistent and engaging content.

    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute informational material.

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer needs to ensure our brand's relevance.

    • Handle public relations issues and media requests.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers in the industry.

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure branding and strategic goals are consistent across campaigns and projects.

    • Assist in organizing promotional events to reach a wider audience.

    • Ensure all communication material aligns with company and brand guidelines.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, communication strategy, and content creation

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and other relevant software

    • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

    • Adept in a fast-paced environment, and is pro-active, strong in detail, and highly organized.

    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.

    • Willingness to travel to Europe and Asia quarterly. (Must have passport)
