Highlights of your roleInternal Communications Campaign and Content Support
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of internal communication campaigns for employee-facing initiatives.
- Assist in creating and editing content on various platforms including our multi-faceted digital communications platform, company newsletter, email, video, and employee announcements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of internal messaging to various employee groups.
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries related to communications content and platforms.
People Recognition Programs
- Oversee the day-to-day coordination of the company's recognition programs, including milestone anniversaries and retirement recognitions.
- Partner with recognition team members at all Marvin locations to provide resources, templates, tips, and oversight to support recognition company-wide.
- Develop and manage company-wide communication and creative campaigns around our recognition programs, with the goal of celebrating our employees, creating a culture of recognition, and boosting program participation.
- Address and resolve inquiries and requests related to recognition programs with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Metrics and Analysis
- Assist in tracking and analyzing internal communication metrics to help measure the effectiveness of messaging, content, and campaigns
- Use data, feedback, and creativity to enhance participation and improve the employee experience provided by Marvin's recognition programs.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)Education / Experience: - 1-3 years of communications (or similar field) experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Also want to make sure you haveKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across the business
- Well-developed and dynamic writing skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in using a wide variety of print, digital and video platforms
- Ability to turn complex business messages into communications that are appropriate for different audiences and business lines (e.g., senior leaders, managers, all employees)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a high comfort level in juggling multiple projects
- Ability to use metrics and data to measure effectiveness and drive improvement
- Working knowledge of design tools like Canva and ability to work with drag and drop online content platforms is a plus
- Commitment to staying updated on best practices and trends
