Collections Specialist

Description We are searching for a meticulous and attentive Collections Specialist in the service industry, to be based in HOLLAND NT, Ohio. This role involves managing and resolving customer credit inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and taking necessary actions to collect overdue payments. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer credit inquiries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit information.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and identify any outstanding payments.

• Take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments.

• Utilize B2B collections and commercial collections methods to manage customer accounts.

• Use your skills in collections management and credit - collections to improve processes and customer experience.

• Apply your experience in a fast-paced call center and managing high volume call center tasks.

• Provide excellent call center customer service, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues promptly.

Note: This role requires skills in B2B collections, commercial collections, collections management, credit - collections, call center operations, and high volume call center management. Requirements - Experience in B2B collections is essential

• Proficiency in commercial collections and collections management

• Familiarity with credit collections practices and principles

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume call center

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion

• Proficient in using collections software and tools

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed collections targets

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
