Collection Specialist

Description

Robert Half, a global pioneer and premier staffing organization, is urgently seeking an experienced Collections Specialist, ready to bring their skills to our innovative Full-time Engagement Professional program.

Role Responsibilities

• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.

• Plan course of action to recover owed money.

• Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status.

• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.

• Handle questions or complaints; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role.

• Comfortable working with targets and tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations.

• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
