What will you be doing?

• Validating trade and rebate claims in trade promotion management tool against valid contracts and promotions. This includes heavy audits of double dips and duplicated invoices for repayment by customers.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for missing information required to validate the deductions (Sales, BU Finance, Customer Operations and Credit).

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• 1-3 years accounts receivable, credit, collections experience

• Proficiency with MS Office required (Excel, Word, PPT)

• Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple systems and draw appropriate conclusions

• Ability to work independently and as a team player, be organized, and plan ahead
