Job Description
As the Collateral Compliance Specialist, you will collaborate with internal partners to manage marketing and communication deliverables through compliance reviews using established processes and tools, ensuring that all marketing materials are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies to support business strategies and objectives. You will manage, develop and refine SME and compliance review processes to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of all deliverables, with an eye to continuous process improvement opportunities.
Position Highlights
Acts as a leader within the CPS Marketing and Product groups to promote a culture of compliance that supports business objectives
Manages all aspects of the compliance review processes for marketing and other client-facing deliverables, including detailed pre-submission review, issue identification, and submission and tracking via the approved compliance approval tool
Maintains our standards of quality through proofreading, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement mindset
Promotes process and deliverable innovation to decrease risk and support standardization across the business
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills and Experience
6-10 years' experience in a compliance/risk/audit environment, preferably in B2B required
Experience with managing compliance/legal review processes
Financial institution or other regulated industry is highly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid project management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to execute within set, and sometimes tight, deadlines
Hybrid/flexible schedule
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00 - $120,120.00
