Description

This person will be a part of the Warranty team. This team supports the warranty/claim system in regard to processing claims and looking at machine failures. Helping on development strategy projects. 80% of the time supporting the mainframe 20% engaging with business partners and customers regarding the application Typical task breakdown: - Research existing mainframe programs and documenting/flow charting findings - Enhancing existing programs - Writing custom one-time-only use programs to perform data modifications - Documenting change evidence for FSA/SOX compliance Interaction with team: - Office environment - collaborating with team members

• Programming certificate degree - at least undergrad / community college 2 yr., preferably/desired 4 year Comp Sci degree - No degree, they will need to have at least 8-10 of actual hands on experience in this role. - Masters degree, they will at least 4+ years of experience
