CNC Programmer and CNC Machinist

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist with at least 10 years of experience for a position in the Garland area. Must have experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation. Responsible for programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision components. Your expertise will contribute directly to our manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality parts and efficient production. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations. Set up and adjust CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, grinders) according to job requirements. Program machines using CAM software or manually as needed. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced to specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company procedures and safety standards. Collaborate with team members and engineers to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency to ensure accuracy. Solid understanding of machining principles and techniques
