CNC Machinist - Programmable Operator - 2nd Shift

Adecco is currently looking to fill a CNC Machinist / Programmable Operator position on 2nd shift. This role is on-site in the Cadillac Mi area. The position is Primarily responsible for working with the robotic welder, and the fabrication of products utilizing other CNC machines. This would include programming, machine setup, operation, and adjustment of process variables to meet quality demands. A secondary function will be to take the lead on inspecting incoming material for quality specification and quantities, and you will also receive and issue raw material to and from saws, trucks, and storage area by operation of an overhead crane.

Shift

2nd Shift - 4:00pm to 12:00am

Pay

$20.50 - $22.00 based on verifiable experience

Requirements

• High school diplomas or equivalent.

• Two years of experience programming and operating CNC Machines and/or educational related courses on related CNC machinery.

• Must understand Mazatrol, Okuma PLC, and Fusion 360

• Ability to Edit and write G and M code.

• Must possess satisfactory math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, basic geometry.

• Ability to obtain a Crane License and Fork Truck License.

• Read, write, analyze, and interpret the English language.

• The knowledge of operating a CNC machine in a three-dimensional shape.

Preferred

• Ability to read Blueprints and Technical work instructions.

• Working Knowledge of AutoCAD and CNC Programming.

• Prior experience with thermal cutting machines and welders.

Physical Demands

• The ability to stand, bend, pull, squat, and lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

Pay Details: $20.50 to $22.00 per hour
