Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines and following blueprints to form and assemble a variety of parts on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to form and assemble parts according to blueprints.

• Ensure precision and accuracy in machining operations.

• Perform lathe and mill operations as required.

• Conduct assembly tasks as needed.

• Maintain and monitor machine performance for optimal operation.

Essential Skills

• Experience with CNC machine operation (minimum 6 months).

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

• Basic computer skills.

• Knowledge of machining, lathe, and mill operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaylord, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
