  • Our client is looking for a CNC Machining Specialist to join their innovative and fast-paced team! If you're passionate about precision machining, troubleshooting, and collaborating across teams to deliver custom, one-of-a-kind products, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

    In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and machining custom parts while working alongside engineering, quality control, and production teams. You'll be at the heart of manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth operations and exceeding customer expectations.

    What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate with engineering, QC, and production teams to streamline processes and establish efficient lead times.

    • Interpret complex blueprints and create detailed process prints, internal work instructions, and job processing documentation.

    • Set up CNC machines or assist operators with setups, ensuring machines are ready for maximum productivity.

    • Troubleshoot setup issues on the fly, providing guidance and support to operators for smooth production.

    • Monitor in-process inspections to ensure parts meet high-quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

    • Document setup procedures and continuously contribute to process improvements.

    • Machine custom, low-volume parts for job shop work, handling a variety of projects that challenge your skills and creativity.

    What You Bring:

    • A strong understanding of G-code and M-code , with the ability to edit and optimize CNC programs.

    • Extensive experience with CNC lathes and complex component manufacturing.

    • Proficiency in machine controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, and Mitsubishi .

    • Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

    • Knowledge of cutting tool technology and terminology.

    • Hands-on experience with measurement tools (gage pins, calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure the highest quality parts.

    Pay Details: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour
