Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer for the Banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and a passion for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in architecting and optimizing cloud solutions to meet the needs of our clients and drive innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and develop scalable cloud solutions.
• Implement automation for provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud technologies such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
