    Title: Clinician Coordinator

    Location: Wake Forest, NC

    USD 50,000.00 - USD 55,000.00 Annually [Employer Est.]

    This role will assist the Clinician in managing case documentation, coordinating resources, scheduling, and offering logistical support to ensure efficient and effective delivery of mental health and emotional care services. The Clinician Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the mission of CCA by ensuring the Clinician can focus on providing high-quality services to chaplains. This person will play a pivotal role in supporting our caregivers by providing a vetted referral network in each ministry area. This position will function under the guidance of the clinician to ensure referral networks are best in class and updated. The ideal candidate will be an experienced admin with excellent administrative skills, great written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing numerous tasks, recordkeeping, coordination, all with great flexibility among changing needs.     Responsibilities:

    • Research areas where caregivers serve to find good referrals, assemble lists with appropriate contact data, and maintain a resource database.
    • Collaborate with caregivers to properly utilize referrals and uncover/remove resources that are not effective.
    • Assist the Clinician in maintaining accurate and confidential CCA documentation as required.
    • Manage scheduling and coordination of counseling sessions, workshops, and training.
    • Serve as the point of contact for chaplains or employees needing to schedule appointments or seek assistance from the Clinician.
    • Prepare materials for workshops, training sessions, and mental health awareness initiatives.
    • Coordinate external referrals and follow-up communication with mental health providers.
    • Conduct research on mental health topics, trends, and tools to assist the Clinician.
    • Assist in tracking outcomes and effectiveness of mental health services, preparing internal reports or summaries.
    • Ensure activities adhere to legal, ethical, and company guidelines, with an emphasis on confidentiality and data protection.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Learning Management Systems or mental health case management software is a plus.
    • Ability to create and maintain a functioning database of complex information.
    • Inquisitive mindset for researching and exploring resources.
    • Able to work across multiple time zones when necessary.
    • High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working in mental health, social work, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with administrative needs of clinical support services.
    • Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish or other commonly spoken languages).
    • Experience working in a non-profit or faith-based organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research; familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Salesforce is a plus.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
    • Commitment to faith, specifically as a follower of Jesus.

    Work Environment:
    This role is primarily office-based or remote, with occasional interaction with the Clinician, chaplains, and employees via phone, email, or virtual meetings. Some in-person meetings or events may be required, depending on the specific needs of the Clinician and CCA’s services.
