Job Title: Clinical Trial Associate
Job Description
As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will serve as the central contact for the clinical study team on designated projects. You will assist in maintaining clinical systems to track site compliance and performance within project timelines, participate in the preparation and distribution of clinical documentation and reports, and handle clinical trial supplies. You will also aid in the planning, conduct, management, and completion of clinical studies through interactions with sites, vendors, sponsors, and team members. Your responsibilities include assisting with regulatory documents, organizing Investigator Meetings, tracking patient visits, maintaining Trial Master Files (TMF), and coordinating payments to clinical sites and vendors. This role demands a high level of detail orientation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Hard Skills
Experience with Trial Master File (Veeva, CTMS)
Knowledge of clinical trial operations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
Experience in phase II and III clinical trials
Closeout study experience
Study start-up experience
