    HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
    • Provides Leadership to ensure compliance with ACT standards as outlined in Tool for Measurement of ACT (TMACT)

    • Maintains availability for 24/7 coverage.
    • Meets regularly with collaborates in a shared leadership model with the team lead and team psychiatrist.
    • Provides direction and support to team members to ensure quality and stability of daily operations and assumes clinical oversight upon delegation or in the absence of the team lead.
    • Ensures that services are provided in a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented framework, in accordance with all agency policies and procedures.

    • When clinically indicated, provides individual, group and family therapy.
    • Makes changes in the Individual Treatment Plan to ensure immediate and appropriate interventions are provided in response to changes in mental status/symptoms or behavior.
    • Provides services in homes or locations within the community.
    • Under the direction of the psychiatrist and Registered Nurse (R.N.), provides medication monitoring and education regarding health maintenance to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Assist clients in maintaining consistent medication regime, delivering medication, discuss purposes and benefits of medications, and report to R.N. any complaints or distress about medications.
    • Completes initial and ongoing training requirements defined for the position to meet required standards.
    • Completes Diagnostic Assessments and assists the team with case formulation and treatment planning.
    • Responsible for care coordination, whether it involves coordination within CMMHC'S programs or with another entity identified in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) statutory language related to care coordination.
    • Assists with referrals and screenings.
    • Participate in all mandatory meetings.
    Requirements

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED
    • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
    • Clinical Trainee working towards licensure as an LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT
    • Mental Health Professional licensed as an LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT.
    • Clear DHS background study.
    • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
    • CPR and First Aid certification
