    Job Description:

    Provides expertise and assistance in the conduct of clinical trials. As the resource for the protocols, will serve as a liaison between the investigators, primary care providers, the institutional review board (IRB), and the sponsor. Prepares reports and tables used to disseminate current information for management decisions. Facilitates on-going communication and efficient operation of research activity and ensures the expeditious retrieval of information. The Specialist is required to have an in-depth knowledge of protocol requirements and good clinical practices as set forth by federal regulations.

    Education Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' experience in a research environment OR Extensive course work in businessOR

    Health administration and 4 years' experience in research and/or regulatory environment, including protocol management and customer relations.

    Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

    SOCRA (Society of Clinical Research Associates) or ACRP (Associate of Clinical Research Professionals) certification, or ability to obtain within three years of hire date.

    Shift Start/End: 0800/1700

    Hours Per Pay Period: 80

    Compensation Range: $47362 - $71032 / year
