Seeking a Clinical Research Director to lead the development and expansion of our research departments, aiming for recognition as a leader in translational and clinical research. This role involves developing a strategic vision and business performance, managing assets and technologies to scale growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include recruitment, budget management, and developing philanthropic strategies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering collaborations with business development teams and external partners, while managing risk and compliance in research finance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or relevant discipline

• Five years of experience leading a research program
